Job Summary
Seeking a bookkeeper/payroll clerk to join our team. Ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Respect of confidentiality and a professional appearance is a must. Prior experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and payroll administration preferred, but not required. Training in applicable programs can be provided. Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly payroll returns and tax deposits.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
