The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced TPM to be the primary driver of infrastructure strategy and transformation. In this crucial role, you will coordinate multiple development teams to create and implement the firm’s next-generation technology platforms. You will act as a trusted liaison between technical teams and firmwide leadership, ensuring that large-scale technical projects, from cloud strategy build-outs to foundational platform migrations are executed with precision and impact.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain clear, integrated project plans for foundational infrastructure initiatives, managing timelines and critical paths.

Coordinate and advance large-scale technology projects, such as migrating the firm’s Linux environment from Red Hat to Ubuntu.

Lead the build-out and implementation of the firm’s cloud strategy across various business units.

Liaise frequently with departments outside of Systems to align technical infrastructure with firmwide strategic priorities.

Establish and promote new program management processes to improve workflow optimization and technical efficiency.

Work closely with developers and engineering leaders to navigate large, ambiguous projects and identify potential risks.
Who We’re Looking For

At least seven to ten years of professional experience in technical program management specifically focused on technology infrastructure.

A degree in computer science or a related technical discipline is preferred, or a demonstrated record of leading and delivering complex technical programs.

Deep technical fluency and comfort discussing complex concepts with developers, specifically within Linux and distributed systems.

Beneficial exposure to high-performance computing (HPC) environments, data centers, and multi-node architectures.

Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders in a regulated environment.
