Superintendent III will be responsible for the following:
Strategically lead resource planning across regions, mentor others in resource management best practices, and contribute to company-wide efficiency initiatives.
Develop and implement advanced reporting systems, train others in data interpretation, and use insights to influence strategic decisions.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement programs, mentor teams in lean construction practices, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Requirements:
Extensive travel required
Ability to work on job sites
Open cut and HDD experience preferred
High school diploma
7 years or more in managerial experience in sewer and water, or similar industry
Ability to manage construction jobs
