The Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for the following:
- Expedited project initiation and pre-construction planning to the degree that all projects can be effectively and successfully executed.
- Monitor work project schedule and job-cost daily to assure project profitability.
- Assure Customer expectations are met or exceeded in a manner that maximizes profitability.
- Promote and support the Ellingson Core Values through modeling the desired behaviors and communicating and reinforcing the messages through daily activities and interactions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
- Limited to moderate travel based on project.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- Required skills include but are not limited to effective communication, problem solving, analytical, adaptability, positive attitude, team player.
