What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Ellicott Development Company?
Ellicott Development is searching for JACK OF ALL TRADES person for maintenance performed on commercial properties both inside and outside throughout Olean, New York. Person would be responsible for a variety of work including general repairs to existing properties and remodeling existing properties which could include demo, framing, drywall finishing. Must have prior snowplow experience and prefer roof experience.
