HVAC Service & Installation Technician
Ellibee Air Conditioning & Refrigeration LLC – Stephenville, TX
Ellibee Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a family-owned HVAC company serving Stephenville and the surrounding communities. We are looking for a skilled HVAC technician who is comfortable working in both service and installation environments.
This position is a hybrid role, with responsibilities split between diagnosing and repairing systems as well as assisting with equipment installations. The right candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and works well with a team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Assist with installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components
- Follow installation standards and manufacturer specifications
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers when on service calls
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site
- Follow company safety procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 3 years HVAC experience preferred
- Experience with both service and installation work
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification required
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
