As a Business Development Representative at Ellerbrock-Norris, you are the tip of the spear in driving new business.
This is a high-activity, outbound role focused on cold calling, outreach, and building pipeline. You won’t just be dialing—you’ll be introducing decision-makers to a better, more strategic approach to risk beyond traditional insurance.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily
- Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage decision-makers
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Set meetings for Risk Advisors and sales leaders
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline
- Track activity and results in CRM tools
- Continuously improve your messaging, approach, and results
