What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant/Food Runner position at Ellerbe Fine Foods?
Not your usual server assistant!
Ellerbe Fine Foods is a Farm-to-Table restaurant located on Magnolia Avenue in Fort Worth. We are seeking a server assistant candidate who is organized and able to multi-task. Our SA perform several duties outside the normal food runner job descriptions.
Duties may consist of:
-Run food and beverage to tables and understand table numbers as well as seat numbers.
-Help manage table maintenance with clearing, watering, resetting, etc.
-Manage the server station keeping items stocked and available during service.
-Assisting hostess with seating guests and preparing tables for guest arrival.
-Help the bartenders keep all glassware tidy, polished and available during service.
-Greet all guests coming and going and be warm and friendly.
-Server Assistant receives hourly pay plus tipout.
Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
Sundays and Mondays always off!
Major holidays off!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
