Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Manage the various phases of project development from Programming, through Construction
Administration
Ø Preparation of work plans, budgets, schedule, and contracts
Ø Coordination of the design team activities
Ø Serve as client contact
Qualifications/Skills Set
ü BArch or MArch or equivalent degree
ü 10 years of post-graduate experience with 5 of the years in project management
ü Ability to work on and manage a variety of technical tasks
ü Experience managing the financial performance of projects
ü Experience coordinating the technical skills of others
ü Experience managing the work of consultants
ü Excellent communication and negotiation skills
