The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This position supports resident comfort and safety by ensuring all assigned areas meet cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
Follow proper cleaning, disinfecting, and infection control procedures
Safely handle and store cleaning supplies and equipment
Collect and dispose of trash and linen per facility procedures
Report maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly
Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or long-term care a plus)
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
