About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring patient safety and comfort
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and report findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient safety and satisfaction
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient care and optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse RN
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
