Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Assist patients with ambulation, transferring, and positioning
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
