Qualifications – Registered Nurse (RN):
- Active RN license
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Compassionate, empathetic, and resident-focused
- Ability to lead and support LPNs and CNAs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain accurate, confidential medical documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress
- Supervise and guide LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate residents and families on conditions and care plans
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical nursing care
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
