Office Manager - Part Time
Contract: 3-4 month assignment
Schedule: Tues-Thurs (Working Hours: 8a-4p)
We're partnering with an exciting client that is looking for temporary Office Manager to help assist at their Raleigh, NC office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office kitchens, including stocking snacks and beverages and ensuring overall cleanliness and organization
- Replenish office supply rooms, monitor inventory levels, and proactively order supplies as needed
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner
- Partner with building engineering teams to submit and track maintenance and repair requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, office visitors, Property Management, and provide on-site support for internal and external events (e.g., executive meetings)
- Plan and coordinate monthly employee engagement events, including menu selection, catering coordination, and event-day setup and cleanup
- Manage office access and logistics, including the parking system and badge access/replacements (two locations)
- Provide general administrative and facilities support, and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
