About the Team
The Data Center Operation team supports the company's fast growth by deploying and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware fleet, providing various infrastructure solutions and services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable.

You understand the challenges associated with deploying infrastructure at scale and have experience in designing systems and platforms that set the global standard for performance, availability, security, and cost. Responsibilities
- Support the DC Operations teams as a Subject Matter Expert and handle escalations in the area of data center critical infrastructure and other facilities within the white space.
- Understand and manage design limitations and risks of the datacenter, and regularly audit, review, and collaborate with our colocation partners or service providers on their maintenance program and effectiveness
- Manage and drive the change management process for high-risk maintenance activities in our data centers
- Manage incident as the first responder onsite while getting support from SMEs of datacenter engineering and infrastructure domains
- Provide onsite services to support many other initiatives and continually maintain positive and collaborative working relations with customers, partner teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard power and cooling calculations necessary to determine capacity requirements (i.e., TIA-942, ASHRAE
- Experience with Power Redundancy and its implementation in design (i.e., 2N or N 1 Distributed Redundant)
- Understand Cooling Redundancy and how Concurrent Maintainability is implemented in design (i.e., N 1 or N 2)
Experience in the following areas:
- Supervision of the construction team to complete Data Hall build-out experience, including IT services Coordination, Power and Cooling Planning
- Influence the testing and commissioning team to perform L1 to L5 commissioning tests to validate the system design intent and resolve technical problems
- Electrical and/or mechanical engineering experience such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS, electrical sub-distribution systems, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experiences working with GPU servers, H100, B200, GB200 etc.
- Diploma or Professional Certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline
- A high level of agility with the ability to prioritize work and stay organized in a complex, fast-paced environment with high ambiguity
- Vendors, projects, or program engagement experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
