Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts, training new team members, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Plan menus in collaboration with executive chefs or management, incorporating dietary considerations and catering requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Assist in managing kitchen budgets, labor costs, and operational efficiencies to optimize overall performance.
- Support the implementation of new culinary techniques and menu innovations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining with a strong background in food production and kitchen management.
