A strong communicator, the Kitchen Manager will engage external customers and suppliers in order to maintain product quality and develop long-term relationships. Our company is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee and direct our kitchen operations. This also includes our food truck. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Bar Manager to identify opportunities for product development and to ensure quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Be a great leader and role model for employees.
- Maintain the safety of workers and the public.
- Consistently improve the store's financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and make predictions based on that data.
- Manage budgets, expenses, revenues, and staff.
- Keep track of inventory with proper supply chain controls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
