Anne's Kitchen is a locally owned breakfast restaurant known for homemade breakfast favorites, friendly service, and a loyal customer following. We're growing and are looking for a dependable Kitchen Lead who wants to grow with us.
This is more than a cook position. It’s an opportunity to help lead our kitchen and play a key role as we prepare for future expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen during breakfast and lunch service
- Prepare breakfast items including eggs, pancakes, omelets, potatoes, and other menu items
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Assist with ordering and inventory
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed
- Help create an efficient, positive kitchen culture
- Work closely with the owner to improve kitchen operations
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of restaurant cooking experience
- Breakfast cooking experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
