What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Ella Creations?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy, managing clients' social media, coordinating and executing events, print and digital advertising, conducting and conducting research among other day to day marketing and PR activities. You will assist in leading our marketing campaigns, evaluating our marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams as well as working directing with the clients. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who has a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills including writing, attention to detail and has the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
- Execute the marketing and communication activities according to clients' marketing plans and objectives
- Coordinate all marketing, PR and social media activities
- Collaborate with other internal teams
- Brainstorm and provide creative input on marketing activities
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
