This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

- Provide detailed information about the services offered by the dealership.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Schedule service appointments in line with departmental guidelines and technician availability.
- Confirm and update customer appointment details in the system.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule as needed.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers.
- Assist Service Advisors as needed
