What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier Receptionist position at Elko Motor Company?
We are seeking a Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls into the dealership, collect customer payments, and perform other clerical duties as needed. This position is Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 7:00 pm, and every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with benefits.

- Collect cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the service/part tickets.
- Answer phones in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner and direct customers to the proper extension.
- Stock customer waiting area with snacks and beverages.
- Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Ability to multi-task and pay good attention to detail.
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & Saturday's
- Ability to communicate customers' needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
