Breakfast/Lunch Server (ASERV) / Service Workers

Inside Server Expectations:

• Be attentive to each table in your section
• Take and deliver food/drink orders in a timely, organized, professional fashion
• Card anyone ordering alcohol who looks under the age of 60. Everyone must have a valid I.D.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your customers safety, so do not be shy with cutting people off
• Bring in own bank of $20-50 to make change
• Keep the tables/floors/general area clean
• Do your side work/prep when time is permitted

Opening Inside Duties:

• Clock in, get your buzzer from office.
• All three drawers are full to the brim with roll-ups and caddies are fully stocked
• Menus are clean and complete and placed on rack. Make sure you have kid’s lunch menus and crayons.
• Set up water station and cups
• Prep water station/ sani-bucket
• Stock side buffet with backup items
• Turn TVs to current sporting events
• Turn stereo on with music, match dining room station
• Check sections for overall cleanliness

Closing Inside Duties:

• Take out all garbage’s
• Clean cocktail sinks and work area
• Check with MOD, and then run and complete your check out correctly, including tip out sheet
• Return buzzer to office.
• Fully restock rollups in drawers and caddies
• Vacuum bar nightly
• Check with the MOD before clocking out

Lawn Server Expectations:

Opening Tiki Hut:

• Unhinge and open window
• Stock well with ice
• Rollups Completed (250 not including caddies)
• Supplies/condiments are fully stocked
• Menus are clean and complete and placed on rack. Make sure you have kid’s lunch menus and crayons.
• Stock all backup items
• Places caddies on tables
• Open all umbrellas and check picnic tables and lawn chairs for cleanliness
• Prep water station/ sani-bucket
• Turn on stereo

Tiki Hut Closing:

• Close all umbrellas.
• Clean and clear all picnic tables, lawn chairs, and ground
• Place all menus, table caddies and emptied water station inside Tiki hut
• Close and latch window
• Turn off stereo
• Take out garbage/ clean sink
• Wipe counters and sweep/mop floor nightly
• Restock all supplies/ condiments
• Make sure all bus tubs are completely emptied and clean
• Make 250 rollups (not including full caddies)
• Have MOD check area before locking and shutting out the lights
• Check with MOD, and then run and complete your check out correctly, including tip out sheet.
