Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Bryon Elkins Allstate in Lexington is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. I need a super star who is client focused and loves selling. I need someone who does the small things and knows how to network and grow your pipeline. .

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent you will follow up on leads that are generated through all aspects of our business and maintain quality relationships with our current customer base. You also must be comfortable doing minor customer service work. I buy leads and do extensive marketing but you must be able to bring in some business on your own. Making phones call is required!! Average Agents will make 45,000, good Agents will make 55,000 and Superstars will make 70,000 plus.

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license required or achieved before start date
• Life license not necessary but preferred
• Sales experience Required
• Interest in insurance marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, listening and coachable
• People-oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with policyholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
