What You’ll Do

• Design and implement engaging, play-based educational activities.

• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Partner with parents to support each child's unique development.

• Lead team meetings, mentor team members, and promote a collaborative culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA

certification (or equivalent).

• Experience: At least 2 years in an early childhood setting.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and motivate a team.

• Commitment: A passion for early childhood education and dedication to continuous

learning.

Additional Requirements

• Clear background checks and health screenings.

• NAEYC Membership and annual professional development (20 hours minimum).
