Elk River Harley-Davidson is growing and we’re looking for a high-energy Service Advisor who understands that the secret to a legendary ride starts with legendary communication. In this role, you aren't just writing repair orders; you are the primary point of contact for our riders. We are looking for a "relentless communicator" who thrives on building relationships through consistent, proactive engagement.
The Mission: Customer ConnectionYour success is measured by the strength of your follow-up. You will be responsible for:
- Proactive Outbound Engagement: Making daily phone calls, emails, and text messages to keep customers updated on their bike’s status. No rider should ever have to call us for an update.
- The "Paper" Trail: Meticulously documenting every conversation, preference, and technical note in our DMS and CRM systems. If it wasn’t entered into the system, it didn’t happen.
- Superior Service: Modeling elite customer service behavior to maximize both the customer experience and dealership performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Communication Pro: Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to master Point-of-Sale, CRM, and Parts & Service software.
- H-D Knowledge: Experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles (or the drive to learn them fast).
- The Credentials: Current motorcycle license is required (test rides are part of the fun).
- Flexibility: Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with extra hours during peak riding season.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to balance and push 900 lb. motorcycles and lift up to 50 lbs.
