Elizabethton City Schools is seeking an assistant coach for Elizabethton High School.
POSITION AVAILABLE: ASSISTANT BOYS BASKETBALL COACH - EHS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the basketball coach in practice and games, work and complete duties as assigned by the head coach, provide positive guidance for athletes as a good role model, and perform any other duties as assigned by the coach, athletic director, principal, or their supervisors.
LOCATION:
Elizabethton High School
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma
- Successful experience in the coaching field, with successful experience in the school environment preferred.
- Meet the health and physical requirements and be fingerprinted.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The person employed in this position will have responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, serving as:
- the assistant basketball coach and JV coach for Elizabethton High School;
- supervise activities associated with the same;
- other duties assigned by the head coach, athletic director, or school principal.
The persons employed in this position will be paid a supplement for his/her coaching duties. The starting date for the persons employed in this position will be immediate upon the fulfillment of employment requirements.
