Executive Director

The Elizabeth Brewster House is looking to hire an Executive Director. The Elizabeth Brewster House is a non profit Adult Care Facility in Homer, NY.

Duties

• Directing the vision of Elizabeth Brewster House in conjunction with the Board of Managers.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Knowledge of and compliance with NYS rules and regulations as they pertain to Elizabeth Brewster House.
• Plan, develop, organize implement and evaluate the day to day operations in conjunction with the Department Heads.
• Be responsible for maintaining a fully qualified and trained staff.
• Oversee and work with the Bookkeeper to manage all financial aspects of the house in concert with the Board of Managers.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure maximum occupancy,
• Develop strong community relationships in conjunction with the Board of Managers.

Qualifications

• An Associate Degree in an approved course of study, plus five years of related supervisory experience ; or
• A Bachelor Degree in an approved course of study plus three years of related supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
