The Elizabeth Brewster House is looking to hire an Executive Director. The Elizabeth Brewster House is a non profit Adult Care Facility in Homer, NY.
Duties
- Directing the vision of Elizabeth Brewster House in conjunction with the Board of Managers.
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Knowledge of and compliance with NYS rules and regulations as they pertain to Elizabeth Brewster House.
- Plan, develop, organize implement and evaluate the day to day operations in conjunction with the Department Heads.
- Be responsible for maintaining a fully qualified and trained staff.
- Oversee and work with the Bookkeeper to manage all financial aspects of the house in concert with the Board of Managers.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure maximum occupancy,
- Develop strong community relationships in conjunction with the Board of Managers.
Qualifications
- An Associate Degree in an approved course of study, plus five years of related supervisory experience ; or
- A Bachelor Degree in an approved course of study plus three years of related supervisory experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
