What you'll do
- Build and scale systems that take strategies from research to live trading
- Develop realistic, high-performance backtesting and simulation frameworks
- Design and optimise feature signal pipelines across large, fast-moving datasets
- Work on latency-sensitive systems where performance directly impacts PnL
- Ensure research and production behave identically under real-world conditions
- Debug complex issues across the full stack - from data ingestion to execution

Base Salary Range
- $200,000 - $225,000 USD
Who You Are
- 3–7 years in quant dev, trading systems, or performance-critical engineering
- Strong Python C in production environments
- Experience with large-scale data, simulation, or real-time systems
- Solid understanding of statistics / time series
- Interested in low-latency, systems design, and optimisation
- Comfortable moving between research and production code
