What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prospect and develop new B2B relationships with business owners and HR leaders
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present employee benefits solutions
- Guide employees through benefit options and enrollment
- Build and manage a book of business through ongoing client relationships
- Leverage technology to streamline enrollments and client experience
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills
