Practice Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Elite Wellness & Sports Medicine Center is seeking a full-time Bilingual Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our busy chiropractic and physical therapy practice in Hackensack, NJ.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office. The ideal candidate enjoys helping patients, learns new computer systems quickly, and communicates confidently with patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments using our EHR system
- Contact physician offices for referrals, prescriptions, and medical records
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist patients
- Respond to office emails
- Review, scan, and file incoming documents
- Communicate important information to providers and staff
- Assist with patient flow and basic therapy support when needed
- Help keep the office clean and organized throughout the day
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Minimum 2 years of front desk, administrative, or medical office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Experience with EHR or scheduling software preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- High school diploma required
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
