We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Front Desk Associate to join our team at Elite Wellness. This is a full-time position for someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and keeping a busy schedule running smoothly.
Elite Wellness is a collaborative integrative wellness center offering services such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy, physical therapy, personal training, podiatry, nutrition, personal training and red-light therapy — and you'll play a key role in helping clients move through all of these services with ease. We are seeking someone with previous office experience who can assist in moving our small business to a medium business.
What You'll Do
- Be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and waitlists
- Manage a busymulti-provider schedule and help coordinate patient flow throughout the day
- Answer questions about our services and help guide clients to the right provider or treatment
- Verify insurance benefits, collect required information, and assist with insurance-related questions
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and keep records accurate and organized
- Support providers with basic administrative tasks and forms
- Help keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting
- Stay calm, positive, and helpful while multitasking in a fast-paced setting
Must-Have Qualifications
- Previous front desk or administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuinely friendly, approachable personality
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance verification or benefit checks (healthcare or wellness setting preferred)
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer systems
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in a wellness, healthcare, spa, or fitness environment
- Familiarity with general booking systems
