As our Front Desk / Patient Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring their experience is smooth and stress-free. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a welcoming attitude and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Managing patient information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinating with the care team to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Handling administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and data entry.
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as front desk, receptionist, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in using office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
