Job Overview
Elite Waste & Construction Services is seeking a reliable and motivated full‑time Roll‑Off and Vacuum Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will safely operate roll‑off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at customer locations; operate vacuum trucks and jetting equipment efficiently; clean storm drains, catch basins, and debris areas; and dump debris at approved sites in accordance with disposal regulations — all while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Roll-Off Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off dumpsters at customer locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT safety regulations
- Maintain accurate driver logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding schedules and job updates
- Keep trucks clean and report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Provide professional customer service at all job sites
Vacuum Truck Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Operate vacuum and jetting equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up proper cones, signage, and PPE at each job site
- Clean storm drains, catch basins, and debris areas
- Communicate equipment issues to mechanics or supervisors
- Maintain logs, tickets, and basic job documentation
- Dump debris at approved sites following disposal rules
- Keep truck, hoses, and equipment clean and ready for the next shift
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Previous roll-off, dump truck, or waste industry experience required
- Ability to safely operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must be able to perform physical job duties as needed
