General Summary: The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting with project management.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
- Asist in management of construction projects.
- Thoroughly understand owner, subcontractor, and vendor contracts.
- Verify contractual obligations to owner are met.
- Assist in material, vendor, and subcontractor procurement.
- Assist in budget creation and updating of forecast.
- Responsible for project documentation and distribution.
- Responsible RFIs & submittals.
- Assist in creation of Change Orders.
- Read and interpret plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
