As we continue to scale, we are seeking a high-caliber Customer Service & Account Support Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in delivering best-in-class customer experience.
This is not a transactional role—we are looking for someone who can think, problem-solve, and operate as a true extension of our sales and operations teams.
Position Overview
Location: 2080 Gary Lane, Suite #2, Geneva, IL 60134
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary Performance Bonuses
Position is onsite - remote work not available

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with urgency and accuracy
- Process and oversee orders from entry through fulfillment
- Proactively resolve customer issues across departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
- Support sales by identifying opportunities within accounts
- Contribute to process improvements
- Develop product and application knowledge
Qualifications
- 2 years in customer service, account support, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- College degree preferred
- Strong computer skills desired
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented and self-directed
