Job Overview
As a Graduate Documentation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring all product documentation complies with both product standards and local regulations. This includes managing labels, packaging, manuals, and datasheets, while coordinating with various teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product documentation in compliance with international and local standards.
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system for relevant markets.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure packaging content meets compliance and accuracy requirements.
- Work closely with sales offices to validate documentation.
- Assess and process change requests, determining feasibility and appropriate lead times.
- Oversee the implementation of documentation updates and communicate changes internally and externally.
- Liaise with Purchasing to coordinate delivery timelines for new or updated documentation.
- Support Production teams in understanding and implementing documentation changes.
- Assist Production staff with day-to-day documentation-related queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS) or Business & Law (BBL).
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, Teams, and web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and problem-solve creatively.
- Fluency in German is an advantage.
