We are looking to hire a health-minded, self-driven, sociable and organized person for the Chiropractic Assistant position at our growing office, located in Greenville, SC.
We are a chiropractic wellness office focused on getting people healthy with incredible natural Chiropractic care and excellent service!
You must be efficient with computers, MS Office and technology. Must be caring and have excellent communication skills with people, be organized, detail oriented, and have a self-motivation and desire to grow! Please take note that this is not just a job, but a mission to serve as many people as we can in our community. The person for this job must be willing to learn and help contribute to the growth of the office. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organization and utilization of common office programs
- Data entry
- Scheduling
- Filing/Audit
- Directing patient flow
- Marketing/development projects
- Answering Phone/ Responding to email
- Maintaining cleanliness of office
- SMILE!
- Other duties required to promote and run this office
- Our office hours are from 8am-12pm and 3pm-6pm
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excellent in Word and Excel creation) and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
- Excellent work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
- High level of adaptability and multitasking
- Great experience with social media platforms and management
- Previous experience with clinical application in a Chiropractic or PT setting is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
