What You’ll Be Responsible For
This is a dual-role position combining patient care and front-office coordination:
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Assist with therapies and guide patients through prescribed exercises
- Support patient education to improve understanding and outcomes
- Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience
Financial & Insurance Coordination
- Review patient ledgers and clearly explain financial responsibility
- Interpret insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs
- Confidently discuss care plans and associated fees with patients
Front Office & Operations
- Scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow management
- Track patient compliance and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate documentation and use office systems efficiently

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Basic accounting/math skills (required)
- Ability to understand and explain insurance and financial details
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
Preferred (Not Required, But Valuable)
- Experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting
- Medical insurance knowledge (claims, benefits, terminology)
- Customer service or patient-facing experience
- Ability to educate patients on care plans and exercises
- X-ray certification (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00–6:30 PM
- Alternating Fridays
