Position: Massage Therapist
Location: Elite Spa – 825 S Huron Rd, Green Bay, WI
Hours: Flexible, but we prefer availability for at least one closing shift per week (we close at 7pm) and our Saturday hours are 9am–5pm. We are closed Sundays!
Competitive Pay Structure
- LMT's pay is based on experience!
- TIPS are additional!
Flexible Scheduling That Works for YOU
We prioritize your well-being and want you to love coming to work:
- Every massage includes an extra 15-minute recovery period between sessions
- By request, we can extend your recovery time to 30 minutes per service
- Most of our full-time therapists prefer 4–5 massages per day—but we support whatever feels sustainable for you, even if it’s just 2–3 per day
- We encourage open communication about your schedule load to prevent burnout
What We’re Looking For:
- A talented and reliable therapist who can perform exceptional sports or deep tissue massage
- Someone who can take on 12–15 massages per week, including at least one evening shift and Saturdays
- Individuals passionate about client care and creating an excellent spa experience
- Both new grads and experienced LMTs are encouraged to apply
