We are seeking Attorneys in Las Vegas with experience in complex construction, real estate, civil, commercial or business disputes.
About the Role:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex business/civil litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategies for clients
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensure to practice law in Nevada
- Handle cases from inception through resolution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
