Mobile Detailer

Elite Shine is expanding. We are URGENTLY looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to handle mobile interior and exterior detailing. We aren’t just looking for a "cleaner", we want someone who takes pride in the craft and is looking to grow with a brand that values precision over speed. (100% COMMISSION OR PAY BY JOB POSITION)

Specialized Services (Huge Plus): We are looking to launch Window Tinting and Vinyl Wrap/PPF services immediately. If you have a background in these areas, you will receive a higher commission tier for these specialized bookings. (NOT REQUIRED)

• If needed we also offer paid training 4 hrs max at $15 an hour (For inexperienced)

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation & Insurance: You must have your own dependable vehicle and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to Travel: Our core service area is Owensboro to Elizabethtown, including all towns in between.
• Extended Travel: Occasional jobs in Evansville, Bowling Green, and Louisville (Additional travel fees apply and are passed on to you).
• Self-Starter: You will often be on-site alone; you must be able to manage your time and provide "Elite" level results without a shadow.

The Pay Structure: This is a 1099 position. READY TO START YOU NOW! You get a percentage of every detail you do. We also offer a set pay per vehicle detailed instead of commission. Our goal is to ensure you never average less than $15/hr on basic jobs, with much higher earning potential on specialized services like paint correction, ceramic coatings, tint, or wraps. (This base pay isn't including tips)

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
