Job Description
Advanced Mobile Detailing LLC is a mobile detailing service that serves customers in the Kentuckiana area (Louisville, KY & Southern Indiana). At Advanced Mobile Detailing we are looking for individuals who are passionate about developing a craft, pay close attention to detail, are motivated and demand excellence of themselves and others.
We only hire motivated, happy, and hard-working individuals who are enthusiastic about the work they do. We recruit those who share our passion and commitment to quality. We are looking for experienced detailers but will also provide you with training to help you become master craftspeople of the vehicle detailing industry. When you join our team, you are joining a community that always looks for ways to improve quality and efficiency.
After an initial training period, you will work independently or with a coworker in a mobile detail van or our shop. You will detail vehicles at clients’ homes and/or offices in the Kentuckiana area or provide higher-end services such as ceramic coating in our shop. You’ll clean and detail both the inside and the outside of vehicles. This will also involve using our app to navigate to each client’s service order and communicate with clients by text and phone when necessary. Your goal is to get clients’ vehicles in advanced condition while providing superior customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record (Required)
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, push/pull, crouch, as well as lift up to 20 pounds
- Manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Personable, friendly demeanor with customer service approach
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
