The Construction Worker will support a variety of construction projects including residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, remodels, and both interior and exterior work. Working primarily on day shifts, this role involves collaborating within large teams of 16 or more members to ensure efficient and safe job site operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials
- Handle building materials and operate construction equipment safely
- Perform concrete work, framing, demolition, and tool maintenance tasks
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Remove waste and debris from the job site to maintain cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of construction experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in blueprint reading and carpentry
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with windows, glass, drywall, framing, electricity, and stucco
