Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Worker based in San Diego, CA. The Construction Worker will perform day-to-day tasks including executing construction and renovation projects, masonry work, flooring installation, and other general labor duties. Responsibilities will also include assisting the team in various stages of construction and ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in Masonry and Construction work
- Skills in Renovation and Flooring installation
- Ability to conduct basic Research related to construction projects
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and building regulations
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior on-site construction experience is a plus
