We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Construction Office Professional to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong experience in the construction industry
- Experience with water damage remediation/restoration projects
- Able to write reports, estimates, bids, and invoices
- Experience communicating with insurance companies is a plus
- Knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates and bids for construction and water remediation jobs
- Create and manage invoices and reports
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
- Handle office operations and project documentation
- Maintain organized job files and schedules
