ERG is currently looking to add a Marketing Leader to our Street Promotions team. In this role you will work closely with our Marketing Director to expand our outreach and build our brand. Pay: $25/hour performance-based bonuses
Earning Potential: Up to $75,000 annually

Our Street Promotions team interacts with prospective clients throughout the community at festivals, farmers markets, golf outings, art fairs, and other events to set appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a top prodcucer in the field
- Assist with hiring efforts to build a strong team
- Provide real-time mentorship and support
- Help new hires apply training techniques in real-world settings
- Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
- Provide feedback to leadership on staff developement
Requirements
- A good operating vehicle for transportation
- Evening and weekend availability
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in coaching, mentoring, or leadership
- Proven track record of strong performance in a sales environment
- Experience in home improvement marketing or lead generation is a plus
