Compensation Structure
- Base Salary Pay: $40,000 - 60,000 (DOE, discussed with management)
- Bonuses Uncapped Commissions based on performance
- Average Earnings: $1,000 – $2,000/week (all-in)

Work Environment
- Retail partner locations, kiosks, and local event sites
- Office-based onboarding, training, and team meetings
- Travel required throughout Oak Brook, Lombard, and surrounding areas

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Engage with customers in retail stores and event environments
- Promote brands in telecommunications, home security, and renewable energy
- Generate leads and customer interest through face-to-face interactions
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
- Assist with customer enrollments, sign-ups, and account setup
- Represent clients professionally and maintain brand standards
- Build relationships and create positive customer experiences
- Track daily performance, leads, and conversion metrics
- Meet and exceed weekly goals for lead generation and enrollments
- Travel locally between retail and event-based locations
