Construction Estimator
Location: Miami, Florida

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed budgets/estimates for ground-up construction projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accurate takeoffs and scope understanding.
• Ability to manage estimating team.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and budget control.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and subcontractor input to produce competitive and accurate estimates.
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead estimating efforts and contribute to preconstruction strategy and value engineering.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ground-up construction estimating in South Florida.
• Experience estimating large, complex construction projects up to $30 million.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or 10 years of equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in industry-standard estimating and takeoff software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate within project teams.
