A high-volume automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join its team. Automotive Service Warranty Administration experience is REQUIRED.

What You'll Do
- Research warranty coverage and prepare accurate warranty documentation
- Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and requirements
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility
- Coordinate with management to prepare repair orders for warranty authorization
- Review repair orders to ensure all required warranty documentation is complete
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Assist Service, Parts, and other dealership departments with warranty requirements
- Assist customers with warranty service questions and coverage
- Prepare and maintain warranty documentation according to manufacturer requirements
- Complete data entry related to warranty claims, filings, and payments
- Monitor warranty claims and databases for accuracy
- Post warranty payments and maintain accurate records
- Help resolve warranty discrepancies and documentation issues
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Automotive Warranty Administration experience REQUIRED
- Previous dealership warranty experience strongly preferred
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Strong understanding of automotive service warranty processes
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately process a high volume of warranty claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and tactful customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must pass required pre-employment screening
- Drug-free workplace
