Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs
  

• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
  

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  

• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  

• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and protection products
  

• Maintain accurate customer information using the dealership CRM
  

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  

• Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding customer care
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience REQUIRED
  

• Strong closing, negotiation, and customer service skills
  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  

• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
  

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
